RX prescription lenses
Bigatmo RX lenses have exactly the same outstanding characteristics as our plano lenses – with the addition of a single vision or progressive prescription.
The key to our RX lenses lies in state of the art, precision engineering techniques. All the active elements – such as our Alutra Photochromic material and Zeolite High Contrast Narrow Band and Polarized technologies – are located entirely in the front 0.9mm of the lens. State of the art computer controlled, free-form cutting and polishing technology is used to place a prescription seamlessly on the back of the lens.
So, while the back of the lens can be contoured to form your prescription, the active technology in the front of the lens remains untouched. This enables the two technologies to work side by side to deliver the ultimate Bigatmo experience with all the benefits of an RX prescription.
