The Bigatmo warranty

All Bigatmo eyewear is warranted for one year from the date of purchase against breakage due to material, workmanship or manufacturer defects. Where possible we will endeavour to repair the product and, if this is not possible, we will provide you with a replacement product.

Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Bigatmo Dealer. The Bigatmo warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratched lenses or general wear and tear. Any alteration of Bigatmo products (including the fitting of non-Bigatmo prescription lenses) will invalidate this warranty.

This warranty is given by Bigatmosphere Limited a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 05842452 whose registered office is at Suite 5, The Oast, Church Farm, Ulcombe Hill, Ulcombe, Maidstone, Kent ME17 1DN.

How to make a warranty claim

For warranty claims relating to prescription eyewear please contact the Authorized Bigatmo Dealer from which your purchase was made.

For warranty claims relating to non- prescription eyewear please contact Bigatmo Customer Services on +44 (0)1233 660567.

How to ship your warranty claim product to Bigatmo

Pack your product in a cardboard box and send it to: Bigatmosphere Limited, c/o Suite 5, The Oast, Church Farm, Ulcombe Hill, Ulcombe, Maidstone, Kent, ME17 1DN.

Make sure you enclose a contact telephone number/email address, your full address, proof of purchase and a note explaining the reason for return and action required. It is your responsibility to ensure the package gets to Bigatmosphere Limited and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are missing in transit to us.

Additional Services

In addition to the Bigatmo warranty, additional services might be available for a nominal charge. For more details please contact your Authorized Bigatmo Dealer or contact Bigatmo Customer Service on +44 (0)1233 660567.

Scratched lenses are not covered under the Bigatmo warranty policy but replacement lenses can be purchased through your local Authorized Bigatmo Dealer.

Your legal rights under applicable national law governing the sale of consumer goods are not affected by this warranty.
